Product Information
Full details
The Dura Task Operator Chair is designed for office professionals and remote workers seeking a blend of modern aesthetics and ergonomic support. Its standout feature is the combination of a flexible curved nylon backrest and a breathable air-mesh seat, which provides excellent comfort during long working hours. While it offers essential adjustments like tilt tension and height, users should note that the fixed armrests do not offer height or width customization, which may be a limitation for those requiring highly personalized ergonomic setups.

FAQs
Can I remove the armrests?
The armrests are fixed and are typically integrated into the structure of the chair. It is not recommended to remove them.
Does this chair support reclining?
Yes, it features a single lever lock and tilt mechanism that allows you to recline the backrest.
How do I adjust the seat height?
Use the single lever located under the right side of the seat to raise or lower the chair while sitting.
Is the chair suitable for hardwood floors?
Yes, the 5-star base is compatible with standard floor types, though you may prefer a chair mat for extra protection and easier movement.
What is the primary benefit of the air-mesh seat?
The primary benefit is improved airflow and breathability, which helps regulate temperature during long periods of use.
Troubleshooting
Chair height keeps sinking
Check if the gas lift cylinder is fully seated into the base; if it continues to sink, the gas lift may require a replacement component.
Chair squeaks during use
Check all under-seat bolts and tighten them, as loose hardware is the most common cause of noise.
Tilt function feels too stiff
Rotate the tension control knob counter-clockwise to reduce the resistance of the tilt mechanism.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The chair arrives as a flat-pack unit requiring basic assembly. Ensure all provided screws are tightened to the frame to prevent wobbling.
Compatibility: The chair is designed for standard desk heights. Due to the fixed armrests, ensure your desk clearance allows the chair to slide in properly if you prefer sitting close to the workstation.
Care Instructions:
- Fabric Maintenance: Regularly vacuum the air-mesh seat to remove dust and debris.
- Spot Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for any spills; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the mesh.
- Mechanism: Periodically check the tension knob and lever to ensure they are free of debris to maintain smooth operation.
