How do I clean the cover?

The cover is machine washable on a gentle cycle. Please drip dry only and do not tumble dry.

Is this cover suitable for airline travel?

This cover is designed for use with a carrying basket. Please check with your specific airline regarding their requirements for pet carriers and covers during travel.

What are the main benefits for my pet?

The cover helps create a secure, quiet, and less stimulating environment, which can reduce stress and anxiety for your pet during travel or in unfamiliar surroundings.

Troubleshooting

Cover does not fit basket snugly.

Ensure you are using a standard-sized MDC cat carrying basket. Adjust the fabric by pulling it taut around the basket.

Pet seems overly anxious despite the cover.

Ensure the cover is fully closed and secure. Add a familiar blanket or toy inside the basket. Confirm ventilation slots are not blocked.

Fabric is damp after use.

This is normal if the pet has had an accident due to the water-resistant nature of the fabric. Machine wash and drip dry thoroughly before next use.
