The SPORTNOW Mini Stepper is an ideal solution for home and office users looking to incorporate low-impact cardio into their daily routine without occupying significant floor space. This compact machine targets the glutes, legs, and core, while the included resistance bands offer a versatile way to engage the upper body simultaneously. While it is perfect for efficient, quiet workouts, users should note that its compact footprint may feel less stable for users exceeding the manufacturer's recommended weight capacity or those requiring extensive lateral range of motion.

No, the SPORTNOW Mini Stepper comes fully assembled and is ready for use immediately.
Yes, you can use the adjustment knob on the machine to change the step height, which directly alters the difficulty of the exercise.
The built-in LCD monitor tracks your step count, calories burned, and total workout time.
The hydraulic cylinder system is designed to provide a smooth and quiet motion suitable for home or office environments.
Yes, the included resistance bands are removable if you prefer to focus solely on lower body stepping.
The stepper includes floor protectors and should be used on a flat, stable surface. A non-slip yoga mat can also be used for additional stability.
Check the battery connection in the back of the monitor display and ensure the cable is firmly plugged into the port.
Ensure the device is on a completely level floor and check if the adjustable tension knob needs to be reset.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the pivot points of the hydraulic arm.
Because the unit is shipped fully assembled, setup is limited to removing the device from its packaging and ensuring it is placed on a flat, level surface. The device is compatible with most standard residential and office flooring; however, using it on a thin exercise mat can provide extra grip and noise dampening. For care, wipe down the anti-skid pedals with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat. Periodically inspect the hydraulic cylinder to ensure the movement remains smooth, and confirm that all tension settings are adjusted comfortably before starting your workout.
