Full details
The Artisan Furniture Valenza Media Unit is designed for homeowners seeking a blend of craftsmanship and mid-century aesthetic for their living spaces. Its standout benefit is the combination of solid wood durability with a soft, curved silhouette that provides both open media storage and closed cabinet organization. While its warm Winewood Oak finish offers timeless appeal, prospective buyers should note that the unit’s fixed configuration may require careful measurement of existing media devices to ensure a perfect fit in the central shelf.

FAQs
Is the unit pre-assembled?
The Valenza Media Unit typically arrives as a finished piece of furniture, though some minor adjustments to shelving or hardware may be required upon delivery.
Can I fit a large soundbar in the central shelf?
The central shelf is designed for media devices; please verify your soundbar's height and width against the unit's internal dimensions before placing it to ensure it fits comfortably.
What is the best way to clean the wood?
Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe away spills immediately, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads.
Does the unit support heavy TVs?
Yes, because it is crafted from solid wood, it is structurally designed to support the weight of most modern flat-screen televisions.
Will the wood change color over time?
As a natural material, the oak may darken slightly over time when exposed to natural light, which is a normal characteristic of authentic solid wood furniture.
Troubleshooting
Drawer feels stiff when opening
Ensure the unit is perfectly level on the floor. If the floor is uneven, use shims to stabilize the base, which will realign the drawer tracks.
Surface looks dry or dull
Apply a light coat of furniture-grade wood wax or oil to nourish the timber and restore the depth of the Winewood Oak finish.
Pros and Cons

- Soft curves provide a safer, refined aesthetic
- Excellent balance of open and closed storage options
- Natural wood grain adds unique character to each piece
Cons
- Fixed central shelf dimensions may limit very large gaming consoles
- Requires careful placement due to the depth of the unit
- Solid wood is heavier than composite alternatives, requiring stable flooring
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Valenza Media Unit in prime condition, place the unit on a flat, level floor to prevent strain on the wood frame. When positioning your devices, ensure there is at least an inch of clearance around electronic equipment in the central shelf to allow for proper heat dissipation.
Care Instructions:
- Dusting: Use a soft, lint-free cloth weekly to prevent dust buildup in the wood grain.
- Polishing: Apply a high-quality wood polish or wax specifically formulated for solid oak finishes every six months to maintain the luster.
- Avoidance: Keep away from direct heat sources like radiators or fireplaces, as consistent high heat can cause solid wood to warp or crack over time. Use coasters for any drinks placed on the top surface to avoid water rings.
