Product Information

Full details

The Bugaboo Dragonfly Plus is designed for urban parents who require a high-performance, compact travel solution without sacrificing comfort or storage capacity. It offers a standout City+ driving experience and a unique, one-hand folding mechanism that keeps the seat attached, making it perfect for city living; however, its specialized urban wheel design may not perform as well on rugged, off-road terrain compared to full-size all-terrain strollers.

FAQs

Can I fold the stroller with the seat facing me?

For the most compact fold, it is recommended to have the seat in the forward-facing position, though the design is intended to be intuitive.

Is this stroller suitable for newborns?

The seat can recline to a flat position, which is suitable for newborns; however, check your local guidelines regarding infant support inserts.

How much does the basket hold?

The XL underseat basket is designed to carry up to 10 kg of weight.

Can the seat be reversed?

Yes, the seat is fully reversible, allowing your child to face you or look out at their surroundings.

Does it come with a rain cover?

Please check your specific retail package contents, as accessories like rain covers are sometimes sold separately depending on the region.

Are the tires air-filled?

The Dragonfly Plus utilizes high-quality, puncture-proof foam-filled tires, eliminating the need for air maintenance.

Troubleshooting

Pushchair feels stiff when folding

Ensure the handlebar is in the correct position and the seat is facing the forward-facing orientation before initiating the fold.

Steering feels heavy or unresponsive

Check the swivel wheel lock system to ensure it is disengaged and remove any debris or dirt lodged in the wheel axle.

Basket appears sagging or unstable

Verify that all attachment points for the underseat basket are securely clipped to the frame and do not exceed the 10 kg weight limit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Initial setup involves clicking the wheels into the frame and attaching the seat fabric. Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged before first use. Compatibility-wise, the pushchair is designed as a standalone solution, though it is compatible with standard Bugaboo accessories. For care, wipe down the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. The fabrics are generally machine washable on a delicate cycle, but always verify the specific care labels on the textile components. Regularly inspect the wheels for debris to maintain the integrity of the suspension and steering systems.
