Setup, Compatibility & Care
When your plants arrive, remove them from their packaging and water them thoroughly if the soil feels dry. To plant, choose a container with adequate drainage holes or a well-draining garden bed. Use high-quality potting mix enriched with organic matter for the best results. Space individual plants approximately 25 cm apart to ensure adequate airflow and prevent the development of damp conditions around the base. Throughout the growing season, keep the soil consistently moist but avoid waterlogging the roots. As a perennial crop, these plants will reliably provide fruit for up to three years; consider rotating your crops after this period to maintain soil health.
