Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin, ensure the device is fully charged via the USB-C port before your first session. Clean the head of the wand with a soft, lint-free cloth after every use to prevent product buildup that could interfere with the skin-contact sensor. While the device is compatible with most standard skincare products, avoid using it with highly exfoliating acids or retinols immediately, as the enhanced absorption could cause unintended sensitivity. Store the device in a cool, dry place and keep it away from water immersion to protect internal electronics.
