Product Information

Full details

The Nekteck Shiatsu Deep Kneading Massage Pillow is designed for individuals seeking targeted muscle relief and stress reduction in the comfort of their own environment. Its primary benefit is the combination of deep-kneading nodes and soothing heat, which work together to loosen tight muscles and improve circulation in the neck, back, and waist areas. While highly versatile and effective for most users, it is important to note that the device requires a constant power connection, meaning it is not battery-operated and must be used near a power source.

FAQs

Can I use this while driving?

It is not recommended to use the massage pillow while driving, as it may distract the driver. Only use the device as a passenger or while the vehicle is parked.

Does the pillow have a timer?

Yes, for safety, most models include an automatic shut-off feature after 15 to 20 minutes of continuous use.

Is the heat function adjustable?

The heat function is typically 'on' or 'off'. It works in tandem with the rotation of the nodes to provide consistent warmth.

Can this be used on my legs or calves?

Yes, the versatile design allows it to be placed behind the calves or under the thighs to soothe tired leg muscles.

Does the device rotate in both directions?

Yes, the nodes are designed to automatically switch directions periodically to provide a more comprehensive massage.

Is the fabric cover removable for washing?

The cover is generally not removable. It should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth according to the provided care instructions.

Troubleshooting

The device does not turn on.

Ensure the power adapter is firmly plugged into both the wall outlet and the device input port.

The massage feels too intense.

Place a thin towel or cloth between your body and the massage nodes to diffuse the pressure.

The heat function does not feel warm enough.

Allow the device to run for 5-10 minutes, as the heat function requires time to build up intensity against your body.
