Troubleshooting

Play tent/tunnel/ball pit won't pop up correctly

Ensure the product is fully removed from its packaging and any securing straps are released. Gently flex the frame to help it expand to its intended shape. Ensure it is on a flat surface.

Components do not connect securely

Check that the connecting flaps or ties on each component are aligned correctly. Ensure that any velcro or ties are firmly fastened. Ensure you are connecting compatible pieces.

Fabric appears creased after storage

Allow the fabric to air out on a flat surface for a few hours. Small creases usually disappear as the product is used. Avoid ironing, as this can damage the material.
