FAQs

Can this mount be installed on a brick wall?

Yes, provided you use the correct masonry anchors suitable for the weight of your TV and the wall composition.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The bracket is rated to support televisions weighing up to 60kg.

Does it work with curved TVs?

While the mount is compatible with many VESA-compliant screens, you may need additional spacers depending on the depth and curvature of your specific model.

What is the smallest TV I can use?

This bracket is designed for screens between 32 and 70 inches.

Are cables visible after installation?

The bracket includes cable management slots designed to hold wires close to the arm, minimizing visual clutter.

What does VESA 600x400 mean?

It refers to the distance in millimeters between the four mounting holes on the back of your television.

Troubleshooting

The TV screen is tilting or drooping.

Tighten the tilt adjustment nuts located on the mounting plate to increase friction and hold the angle in place.

The bracket is stiff when trying to swivel.

Ensure that the arm pivot points are free of debris and consider applying a small amount of silicone lubricant if the movement remains difficult.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before installation, verify that your TV's VESA pattern is compatible with the 600x400 mm maximum specification and that your wall structure can support the weight of both the bracket and the TV.

Locate your wall studs using a stud finder to ensure the mount is secured to solid framing.
Measure the height of the mounting holes on the back of your TV to set the bracket height on the wall.
Drill pilot holes into the studs and secure the base plate using the provided hardware.
Attach the brackets to the back of your television.
Hang the TV onto the wall plate and tighten the safety screws.

For ongoing care, wipe the powder-coated steel with a soft, dry cloth. Periodically check that all tension screws are tight if you frequently adjust the TV position.
