The Eclipse Plus III Operator Chair is designed for professionals and home-office users who require ergonomic support during extended periods of seated work. Its primary benefit is the high level of adjustability provided by the triple-lever mechanism, which allows for precise posture customization; however, users should note that the chair requires minor assembly upon arrival to ensure all mechanical components are correctly calibrated.

Yes, the triple-lever mechanism allows you to lock both the seat and backrest angle in various positions to suit your preferred posture.
Use a soft brush to remove surface dust and a slightly damp cloth with mild soap for localized spots, avoiding excessive moisture.
This chair is engineered to support standard professional weight capacities for all-day operator use.
The chair comes with standard casters, but using a chair mat is recommended to protect hardwood or laminate flooring from potential scuffs.
Check if the gas lift cylinder is fully seated in the base or if the lever is stuck in an engaged position; ensure the lever returns to its neutral state.
Verify that the tension knob or backrest locking lever is fully engaged in the desired position and check that the mounting bolts are tight.
Assembly is straightforward and typically requires only basic tools, such as the provided hex key. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup to prevent wobbling. For compatibility, the chair fits standard desk heights and is suitable for use on carpeted or hard flooring, provided appropriate casters are used. To care for your chair, vacuum the upholstery weekly to prevent dust buildup and wipe the base and plastic components with a damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the fabric finish.
