Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your stakes, identify the growth pattern of your plant—whether it requires a simple line or a geometric boundary. Push the stakes firmly into the soil until the horizontal arms are at the desired height to support the stems. For maintenance, simply wipe the wires down with a damp cloth at the end of the season to remove soil and debris before storing them in a dry place. This prevents premature oxidation and ensures the finish stays intact for many seasons of use. Avoid forcing the stakes into hard, compacted soil or stony ground to prevent bending the wire.
