Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires a centerlock lockring tool that engages with the internal notches of the included lockring. Ensure your hub is centerlock compatible before installation.
- Slide the rotor onto the centerlock splines of the hub.
- Thread the lockring by hand to ensure it is not cross-threaded.
- Use a torque wrench with the appropriate internal tool to tighten the lockring to the hub manufacturer's specifications.
For care, periodically check for signs of scoring or uneven pad wear. Keep the braking surface clean of oils and debris; if the rotor becomes contaminated, use dedicated brake cleaner. Avoid touching the rotor surface with bare hands, as natural oils can reduce braking efficiency and cause noise.
