Troubleshooting

Duvet cover feels stiff after washing

Ensure you are using a low heat setting for tumble drying and consider adding a fabric softener to the wash cycle.

Colors appear faded

Wash inside out and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Ensure the tumble dryer is not set to a high heat.

Pillowcase doesn't fit snugly

Ensure you are using the correct size pillowcase for your pillow. The envelope closure is designed to hold standard pillows securely.

Product arrived with a minor imperfection

Check the care label for cleaning instructions and wash the item according to the guidelines. Minor fabric variations are normal for blended materials.
