The PolarPro McKinnon Chroma 82mm Gold Mist VND/PL 2-5 Stop Filter is a versatile photography and filmmaking tool. It uniquely combines a Variable Neutral Density (ND) filter, a circular polarizer, and a 1/4 strength Gold Mist diffusion layer into a single unit, eliminating the need to stack multiple filters. This "Peter McKinnon Signature Filter" utilizes new Chroma Glass, which offers exceptional neutral color accuracy. Its bi-rotational design allows for independent control of polarization separate from the VND settings. The filter features a 16-layer coating for enhanced durability, providing anti-scratch, anti-reflective, and anti-fingerprint properties. The Gold Mist diffusion provides a subtle softening effect and desirable golden highlights, making it ideal for filmmakers and photographers shooting in various outdoor conditions.
