Troubleshooting
Product arrived with missing parts.
Please check the packaging thoroughly. If parts are indeed missing, contact the retailer or manufacturer for assistance.
Xylophone notes sound out of tune.
Ensure all xylophone bars are securely attached and not warped. Minor variations are possible in manufacturing; however, significant tuning issues may require manufacturer support.
Edges feel rough.
While designed with smooth edges, if any part feels sharp, do not allow a child to play. Contact customer support as this may be a manufacturing defect.
Mallets are difficult for a toddler to grip.
For very young children, parents can assist with grip or consider using hands to tap the drums and xylophone until fine motor skills develop further.
