Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, ensure your pumpkin is clean and dry. Use a marker or stencil to outline your desired pattern on the outer skin. Always keep the tools clean of debris during use by periodically rinsing them if they become clogged with pumpkin pulp. After you finish carving, hand wash the tools with warm, soapy water. Do not submerge them in a dishwasher, as high heat and harsh detergents can damage the tool finish. Ensure each piece is completely dry before storing it in a cool, moisture-free environment to prevent rusting. These tools are compatible with most standard garden pumpkins and ornamental gourds.
