Product Information
Full details
Effective for relief and relaxation. These highly concentrated pure magnesium flakes are sourced from the Ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands, with nothing added and nothing removed. Restore and refresh your body and mind by using these flakes in a full bath or foot soak. One cup of flakes contains approximately 90 grams of magnesium chloride and numerous naturally occurring trace elements from ancient seawater. Directions: Add 1-2 cups of flakes to a bathtub or footbath and enjoy a bath or footbath for at least 20 minutes. Warm water temperature is best. A temperature range of 101°F to 105°F is ideal, but not too hot. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
