FAQs

Can this brush be used on real grass?

This tool is specifically designed for the synthetic fibres of artificial grass and may be too abrasive for delicate natural lawn grasses.

How do I adjust the handle height?

Grip the handle sections and twist to unlock, slide to your preferred length (80cm to 130cm), then twist in the opposite direction to lock.

Will this remove moss from my lawn?

It is excellent for removing surface debris and loose moss, though it may not remove deeply rooted moss without additional cleaning agents.

Is the brush head replaceable?

The brush is designed as a complete unit. Proper care and rinsing after use will ensure the head lasts for many seasons.

Does it work on heavy, wet leaves?

Yes, but it is easier to sweep debris when the lawn is dry. If working with wet leaves, pull towards you in short, controlled strokes.

Troubleshooting

Handle slips during use

Ensure the twist-lock mechanism is tightened firmly after adjusting to your desired length.

Bristles become flattened

Rinse the bristles with warm water and allow them to air dry in a vertical position to help them regain their shape.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Adjustable telescopic handle fits users of all heights
Lightweight construction makes it easy to maneuver
Ergonomic handle improves comfort and control
Effectively restores the appearance of flattened turf
Simple, tool-free assembly

Cons

Requires manual effort compared to power brushes
Not intended for heavy-duty industrial landscaping
Limited reach compared to wider commercial push brooms

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward; simply align the telescopic handle segments and lock them into your desired position using the twist-lock mechanism. Compatibility is universal for all standard pile heights of artificial grass. To ensure the longevity of your brush, rinse the nylon bristles with fresh water after working in muddy conditions to remove trapped dirt. Store the brush in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use to prevent the plastic components and bristles from becoming brittle over time.
