This cordless multi tool is ideal for sanding wood, scraping old paint, shortening door frames when laying laminate flooring and grout removal. The Makita DTM50Z LXT is a powerful and versatile cordless 18V multi tool for cutting, sanding, filing and scraping. Suitable for use with wood, stone, plastic, metal, plasterboard and fastening elements. It is also useful for working soft wall tiles as well as sanding and scraping of small surfaces. The Makita DTM50 LXT Multi-Tool has a conveniently located thumb On/Off switch for ease of use when holding the machine. It has an easy-to-use variable speed control dial and a hex wrench holder on the body. Uses an OIS interface.
