The Ergo Twist Ergonomic Task Office Chair is designed for professionals and home-office users who prioritize spinal health and long-term comfort during extended work sessions. Its hallmark feature is the adaptive backrest pivot system, which moves with your body to provide constant support, though users with very specific, rigid seating preferences may find the dynamic motion requires a brief adjustment period.

Yes, the chair features independent backrest adjustments that allow you to set the desired angle for your tasks.
The mesh promotes airflow, which helps regulate body temperature and prevents the discomfort associated with heat retention common in foam-backed chairs.
Use the integrated seat slide control lever located under the seat pan to pull the cushion forward or push it back to your preferred depth.
Yes, the lumbar support can be repositioned to ensure it matches the natural curvature of your spine effectively.
Ensure you are not applying weight to the chair while attempting to lift it, and check that the control lever is fully engaged.
Check that all bolts connecting the seat to the base mechanism are securely tightened and verify that the casters are snapped fully into the base.
To assemble the chair, ensure the gas lift cylinder is firmly seated into the 5-star base before attaching the seat pan. The chair is compatible with standard office desks between 28 and 30 inches in height. For care, vacuum the mesh backing periodically to remove dust, and wipe the frame with a non-abrasive damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the mesh, as they may degrade the material fibers over time. Periodically tighten any visible bolts if you notice minor wobbling after months of heavy use.
