Full details

The Piratix Gorilla Bros Boom Ben is an action-oriented playset designed for children who enjoy imaginative battle play and collectible character figures. The core benefit of this set is its dynamic interactivity, featuring an articulated gorilla capable of performing physical attacks and launching projectiles. One caveat for parents is that the set contains small parts, such as the treasure coin and projectile, which require supervision for younger children to prevent loss or choking hazards.

Troubleshooting

Cannon projectile not firing

Ensure the projectile is pushed firmly into the chamber and verify that the trigger mechanism is not obstructed by debris.

Gorilla limbs feeling stiff

Gently move the joints back and forth several times to loosen the friction; do not force the joints beyond their natural range of motion.

Playset parts not connecting

Check the connection points for any small plastic burs or packaging residue and ensure the pieces are aligned correctly before snapping them together.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Piratix Gorilla Bros playset is straightforward as it requires no batteries or complex assembly. To prepare, ensure the captain figure is properly seated within the playset's designated areas to maximize stability. The set is fully compatible with other Piratix treasure coins and figures, allowing for cross-play within the broader Gorilla Bros series. Regarding care, avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals on the plastic components. If the articulation points become dusty, a dry cloth or a soft brush will suffice to remove debris. Always ensure the projectile is stored in a safe place after use to maintain the integrity of the launching mechanism.
