FAQs
Is the mat safe for use on heated floors?
Yes, the Velosso Linear Mat is generally safe for use on bathroom floors with underfloor heating systems.
Can I tumble dry the mat?
We recommend air drying flat to keep the backing material in the best possible condition, though a low-heat tumble dry may be used if absolutely necessary.
Does this set include both the bath and pedestal mat?
Yes, this product is designed as a coordinated set to cover both the shower area and the toilet base.
How often should I wash the mats?
Depending on usage, washing every two to four weeks is recommended to keep the fabric fresh and hygienic.
Will the beige color fade after multiple washes?
The material is color-fast, but using cold water and mild detergents will help maintain the vibrancy of the beige tone over time.
Troubleshooting
Mat sliding on bathroom floor
Ensure the floor is completely dry and free of soap scum or oils before placing the mat down.
Mat surface looks matted or flat

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Care Instructions:
- Shake the mats out weekly to remove loose dust or lint.
- Machine wash on a gentle, cool cycle when visible dirt or heavy moisture accumulates.
- Avoid using harsh bleaching agents or fabric softeners that might degrade the texture.
