The Vaccinium corymbosum 'Bluecrop', also known as Highbush Blueberry, is a deciduous fruit plant. It features small, white flowers in Spring, with green leaves that turn an attractive orange-red in Autumn. This mid-season variety produces tasty, edible Blueberries ready for harvest from August, and yields even better results when planted with a pollination partner. The fruit can be enjoyed fresh in daily meals or as a standalone snack. This shrub will grow to an ultimate height of 1.5m and an ultimate spread of 1m. For optimal growth, it requires bright, indirect sunlight and moist, well-drained, acidic soil. Watering is essential when the soil feels dry to the touch.
