Troubleshooting

Liner is not applying smoothly.

Ensure the brush tip is clean and free of any debris. Shake the pen gently to re-saturate the tip with product. If the tip is dry, try storing the liner upside down.

Liner is smudging or transferring.

Ensure the eyelid is clean and free of oils or creams before application. Allow the liner to dry completely before opening your eyes. Consider using an eyeshadow base for enhanced staying power.

Difficulty creating a precise line.

Practice with the brush tip to find the best angle for your eye shape. Try applying in short, controlled strokes rather than one continuous line. Use a makeup remover to clean up any mistakes.
