Troubleshooting
Unit is not level
Adjust the position of the unit on the floor. Ensure the floor surface is even. If necessary, use shims to stabilize the unit.
Soft-close doors are not functioning correctly
Check that the doors are properly aligned and not obstructed. Ensure the soft-close mechanism itself is not damaged. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
Water is not draining from the basin
Verify that the basin waste is correctly installed and not blocked by debris. Ensure the pipework connected to the waste trap is clear.
Minor scratches on the woodgrain finish
For very light surface scratches, a furniture repair pen or wax filler designed for woodgrain finishes may help to conceal them. Avoid harsh cleaning methods.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
The Nuie Arno Vanity Unit comes pre-assembled, significantly simplifying the installation process. Ensure the floor is level before positioning the unit. Secure it to the wall as per standard plumbing practices for floorstanding vanity units. The basin requires a standard single-hole mixer tap and a compatible waste fitting, which are sold separately.
Compatibility:
- Taps: Compatible with standard single-hole mixer taps. Please ensure the tap chosen has adequate reach for the basin's depth.
- Waste: Requires a standard basin waste fitting. A sprung or slotted waste is recommended.
- Collection: Designed to complement other units in the Nuie Arno collection.
Care:
- Clean the cabinet and basin with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which can scratch the finish.
- Wipe spills immediately to prevent damage to the woodgrain effect.
- For the vitreous china basin, use mild soap and water for regular cleaning. For tougher stains, a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner can be used sparingly.
- Periodically check and tighten any fittings if necessary.
