Troubleshooting

Device won't turn on.

Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the charger and allow it to charge for the full 3 hours. If still unresponsive, check the charging cable and power outlet for faults.

Poor suction or streaky results.

Check if the 150ml water tank is full and needs emptying. Ensure the rubber blades of the suction nozzle are clean and free from debris or damage. Make sure the nozzle is pressed firmly against the surface during operation.

Battery runtime is shorter than expected.

Ensure the device is charged for the full 3 hours. Battery performance can decrease over time with extensive use, but significant drop-off might indicate a need for battery service (Info needed: How to get battery service). Heavy-duty cleaning on very dirty surfaces might consume more power.
