Empty the dustbin after each cleaning session or when it becomes full. The frequency depends on the size of the area and the amount of debris collected.
Remove the filter and tap it gently over a trash can to remove dust. Do not wash the filter with water; replace it when necessary.
Replace the filter every few months, or sooner if it becomes damaged or excessively dirty.
The RoboVac 15C is designed for low- to medium-pile carpets and may not perform well on high-pile carpets.

Make sure your Wi-Fi router is on and that the RoboVac is within range. Check that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz and enter the correct password in the EufyHome app.
Empty the dustbin and clean the filter. Check and clean the brushes. Ensure the suction inlet is free of debris. Consider replacing the filter or brushes if they are worn.
Clear the area of obstacles such as cables, wires, and small objects. Make sure the RoboVac is operating on a flat surface.
Ensure the charging base is properly placed against a wall and is powered on. Make sure the RoboVac has a clear path back to the charging base. Clean the charging contacts on the RoboVac and the base.
