No, this figure is designed for indoor use only to protect the electronic components and fabric materials.
It is powered by batteries, allowing for a cord-free setup anywhere in your home or lobby.
The musical performance is set at a standard volume designed for ambient holiday background noise.
The clothing is designed as part of the decorative aesthetic and is not intended to be removed or washed.
Standing at 5 feet tall, you should ensure you have a footprint of approximately 2-3 square feet for the base stability and clearance.
Check that the batteries are fresh and correctly inserted in the compartment. Ensure the activation switch is set to the 'On' position.
Ensure the surrounding area is not too quiet or that you are within range of the internal sensor; try making a louder sound or touching the figure to test responsiveness.
Ensure the metal base is resting on a completely flat floor and that the central support rod is tightened securely within the frame.
Assembly is straightforward, focusing on connecting the pieces to the stable metal framework. Ensure the base is placed on a flat, even surface to maintain balance during the animated head rotation. For care, keep the fabric in a dry environment to prevent dust accumulation. If the figure becomes dusty, use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the plastic face and hands; avoid using liquid cleaners on the fabric elements. During the off-season, we recommend disassembling the unit if possible or covering it with a protective plastic sheet and storing it in a cool, dry area to protect the electronics and clothing.
