The AULA Hero 68 is designed for competitive gamers and keyboard enthusiasts who demand precision and speed. With its advanced Hall Effect magnetic switches and an 8K polling rate, it provides near-zero latency for high-stakes gameplay, though its 60% compact layout may require an adjustment period for users who rely heavily on a dedicated number pad or navigation cluster.

While the keyboard works plug-and-play for basic typing, you need the official software to customize actuation points and manage RGB effects.
The Hero 68 uses Hall Effect magnetic switches; standard mechanical switches are generally not compatible as they rely on different contact mechanisms.
Most 60% keyboards use an 'Fn' layer key combination to access navigation keys and arrows; refer to the user manual for the specific key mapping.
Yes, the AULA Hero 68 features a detachable Type-C connection, allowing you to use any high-quality USB-C cable.
An 8K polling rate communicates with your PC at 8000 times per second, significantly reducing input latency compared to standard 1000Hz gaming keyboards.
Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and a USB port on your computer, ideally a USB 3.0 port or higher.
Open the configuration software and increase the actuation point distance to make the keys less sensitive.
Check if the software is running or if the keyboard is in a specific firmware update mode; try reconnecting the cable to reset the connection.
To set up the AULA Hero 68, simply connect the keyboard to your computer using the provided detachable Type-C cable. For full customization of actuation points and RGB lighting, download the manufacturer's configuration software from the official website. For maintenance, ensure the keyboard remains dry and free of debris. Since the switches are hot-swappable, use a switch puller to gently remove them if you need to clean the plate or replace a damaged component. Avoid using liquid cleaners directly on the circuit board or magnetic sensors.
