Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan thoroughly with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues. For daily maintenance, avoid using high heat, which can cause discoloration or burnt-on food; medium-low to medium heat is sufficient for most cooking tasks. Always use nylon, silicone, or wooden utensils to prevent scratching the stainless steel interior. After cooking, let the pan cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock. If stuck-on food occurs, soak the pan in warm water with mild detergent, or use a non-abrasive scouring pad to gently lift the residue. While the pan is durable, hand washing is recommended to preserve the exterior polish.
