The vidaXL Rabbit Cage is designed for pet owners who need a secure, spacious outdoor enclosure for rabbits or other small animals. With its expansive footprint, it provides ample room for exercise and movement, keeping your pets safe from predators while offering a reliable home. One notable caveat is that its large footprint requires a significant amount of flat, stable yard space for proper installation.

While it can be used indoors if you have sufficient floor space, it is primarily designed for outdoor use in gardens.
No, this model features an open-bottom design to allow for direct contact with the grass or ground surface.
The capacity depends on the size and temperament of your rabbits, but the spacious design is generally sufficient for 2 to 4 small rabbits.
The structure is designed as a standalone unit; connecting multiple units may require custom modifications which are not supported by the standard hardware.
The galvanised iron provides a high level of security against common garden predators, but it is recommended to keep the cage in an area that is already supervised or fenced.
The cage is designed for straightforward assembly; standard hand tools may be helpful, but generally, the included components are sufficient for setup.
Ensure the site is perfectly level and double-check that all metal frame connectors are fully engaged.
While the wire is galvanised, inspect for deep scratches that expose the base metal; treat these areas with a clear rust-preventative sealant.
For optimal stability, assemble the cage on level ground, such as a lawn or a dedicated patio space. Ensure all wire connections are tight and secure during initial assembly to maintain structural integrity. Compatibility-wise, this cage is intended for small rabbits and similar-sized animals; it should not be used for larger pets that might compromise the wire mesh. Regarding care, regularly inspect the galvanised iron for any signs of loose clips or debris accumulation. Keep the base clear of organic matter to maintain hygiene and prevent the bottom edges from trapping moisture.
