Full details
This Boucle Fabric Padded Swivel Office Chair in white is designed for individuals seeking a stylish yet comfortable seating solution for their home office, vanity area, or living room. Its key benefit is the blend of luxurious boucle fabric, ergonomic support, and versatile functionality, offering a significant upgrade from standard seating. A minor caveat is its mid-back design, which may not provide full neck support for extended periods of intense work. FAQs
What is the weight capacity of this chair?
The chair has a maximum weight capacity of 150kg.
How do I adjust the chair height?
To adjust the height, sit on the chair and pull the lever located under the seat. Lift the lever to raise the height, and release it to lower. The gas lift allows for smooth adjustments.
Is this chair suitable for all-day use?
While comfortable for moderate periods, its mid-back design is best suited for tasks that do not require continuous, extensive lumbar or neck support. For all-day intensive work, a chair with a higher back and more pronounced ergonomic features might be preferable.
How should I clean the boucle fabric?
Regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Will the casters damage my floor?
The nylon casters are designed for smooth rolling on most surfaces. However, for delicate or easily scratched floors, using a protective floor mat is advised.
What is the base made of?
The base is made of durable 320mm powder-coated metal.
Does the chair fully recline?
No, this chair features a fixed backrest and does not offer a reclining function. It has a 360-degree swivel capability.
Troubleshooting
Chair height won't adjust
Ensure you are seated on the chair to operate the lever. If the issue persists, check the gas lift mechanism for obstructions or signs of damage.
Chair is unstable or wobbly
Verify that all casters are fully inserted into the base and that the chair base is correctly attached to the seat mechanism. Check all screws and bolts for tightness.
Casters are sticking or not rolling smoothly
Inspect the casters for any tangled debris (hair, threads). Clean the caster wheels and the surrounding area of the base. If wheels are damaged, replacement may be necessary.
Fabric appears matted or dirty
Gently vacuum the fabric with an upholstery brush. For stains, use a clean, slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly typically involves attaching the casters to the metal base, connecting the gas lift, and then securing the seat mechanism to the chair base. Ensure all parts are firmly connected before use.
Compatibility: This chair is designed to be compatible with standard desk heights due to its adjustable gas lift. The nylon casters are suitable for most carpeted and hard floors, but a floor mat is recommended for premium or easily scratched surfaces.
Care: To maintain the luxurious feel of the boucle fabric, regularly vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Periodically check that all bolts and connections are tight.
