FAQs

What does the 20,000-mile guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers the tire tread for 20,000 miles. It also includes accidental damage coverage when you purchase two or four tires simultaneously.

Are these tires suitable for heavy snow?

The Versat AS2 is an all-season tire designed for varied conditions, including light snow. For severe winter conditions with heavy snowfall, dedicated winter tires are generally recommended for optimal safety and performance.

How do I know if this tire size is right for my car?

Check your vehicle's owner's manual, the sticker on the driver's side doorjamb, or the fuel filler door for the recommended tire size. This model is 175/65R15 84H.

How often should I check my tire pressure?

It is recommended to check your tire pressure at least once a month, and before long trips, when the tires are cold.

Where are Autogreen tires manufactured?

Autogreen is a brand created and distributed by Best Choice International Trade Co., Ltd., based in Beijing, China.

Do I need to buy tires in pairs for the guarantee?

Yes, the accidental damage coverage aspect of the 20,000-mile guarantee is valid only when you purchase two or four tires at the same time.

What does '3PMSF' mean on some Autogreen tires?

'3PMSF' stands for Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake. Tires marked with this symbol have met specific performance requirements in snow testing and are considered suitable for severe snow conditions.

Troubleshooting

Tire is losing pressure faster than normal.

Inspect the tire for punctures (nails, screws) and check the valve stem for leaks. Ensure the tire is properly seated on the wheel rim. If the issue persists, consult a tire professional.

Uneven or rapid tread wear.

Check wheel alignment and ensure tires are properly balanced. Verify correct tire pressure is being maintained. Rotate tires regularly as per manufacturer recommendations.

Reduced fuel efficiency.

Verify tire pressure is at the recommended level. Ensure tires are clean and free from debris. Check for any dragging brakes or other mechanical issues with the vehicle.

Noisy tire operation or vibration.

Ensure tires are properly balanced. Check for any damage or foreign objects in the tread. Verify wheel alignment.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Compatibility:

The AUTOGREEN Versat AS2 - 175 65 R15 84H is designed to fit vehicles requiring a 175/65R15 tire size with a load index of 84 and a speed rating of H. Always confirm your vehicle's recommended tire size and specifications, typically found on a sticker in the driver's side doorjamb, in the owner's manual, or on the fuel filler door.

Installation:

Professional installation by a certified tire technician is highly recommended. This ensures proper mounting, balancing, and inflation to manufacturer specifications. Incorrect installation can affect performance, safety, and tire longevity.

Care:

Tire Pressure: Regularly check tire pressure (at least monthly) when tires are cold. Inflate to the pressure recommended by your vehicle manufacturer, not the maximum pressure listed on the tire sidewall.
Rotation: Rotate your tires every 5,000 to 7,000 miles to ensure even wear and maximize their lifespan. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended rotation pattern.
Alignment & Balancing: Ensure your vehicle's wheel alignment is checked periodically, especially if you notice uneven tire wear or the vehicle pulling to one side. Wheel balancing should be done at the time of installation and whenever new tires are fitted.
Visual Inspection: Periodically inspect tires for cuts, punctures, bulges, or foreign objects. Remove any embedded stones or debris from the tread.
Driving Habits: Avoid aggressive driving, such as rapid acceleration, hard braking, and sharp cornering, to prolong tire life and maintain fuel efficiency.
