Is the lamp base included?
No, this product is for the lamp shade only. A separate lamp base and bulb are required.
What type of bulb is recommended?
It is recommended to use a bulb that provides soft, diffused light. Check the maximum wattage compatibility for your specific lamp base, but generally, an LED bulb with a frosted finish or a lower lumen output is suitable for achieving a soft glow.
Can this shade be used outdoors?
No, this shade is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather elements can damage the cotton material.
How should I clean the shade?
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. For light stains, a slightly damp cloth can be used carefully. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

Troubleshooting
Shade does not fit lamp base.
Verify that your lamp base uses a standard harp and finial system. Ensure the harp is the correct size for the shade and that the finial is properly tightened.
Light appears unevenly diffused.
Check the wattage and type of bulb used. An LED bulb with a frosted finish or a lower lumen output might provide a more even diffusion. Ensure the bulb is centered within the shade.
Shade arrived damaged or misshapen.
Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If the shade is damaged, contact customer support for a replacement, providing details and photos of the damage.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This product is a lamp shade only. To set up, attach the shade to your existing lamp base using the harp and finial mechanism. Ensure the shade is securely fastened before use.
Compatibility: Suitable for table lamps and floor lamps. The shade features a standard fitting designed to work with most lamp harp systems. Its dimensions (Bottom Diameter 46cm, Height 30cm, Top Diameter 20cm) make it compatible with bases that can support its size and weight.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the cotton shade, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For more stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth, being careful not to saturate the fabric. Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the cotton fibers and color. Ensure the shade is completely dry before reattaching to the lamp.
