Troubleshooting
Footrest slides on the floor during use
Ensure the footrest is placed on a hard, flat surface like wood or tile, or use a thin floor mat underneath if on smooth laminate.
Height adjustment feels stiff
Ensure that both sides of the platform are aligned evenly before attempting to snap them into the desired height slots.
Surface is collecting dust
Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum attachment to clear debris from the textured anti-slip surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your footrest, select one of the four height settings by clicking the support arms into the desired slots. Ensure the device is placed on a flat, level surface under your desk to maintain stability. The footrest is compatible with most standard office chair setups where floor space is available. For care, simply wipe down the non-slip surface with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust or debris; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they may degrade the texture of the grip surface.
