The Elba Pressboard Dividers are designed for students, office professionals, and home organizers who require a durable, long-term solution for document management in A4 ring binders or lever arch files. These 10-part dividers offer the key benefit of heavy-duty construction that resists tearing, making them ideal for high-traffic files; however, users should note that because the tabs are card-based, they lack the clear plastic reinforced coating found on some premium inserts, requiring careful handling when labeling.

No, these are strictly designed for A4 format ring binders and lever arch files.
Yes, the product features a multicolour set to assist with quick visual identification of sections.
Each pack contains one complete set of 10-part dividers.
Because the dividers are made of thick pressboard, they may not feed correctly through standard desktop printers; writing by hand or using adhesive labels is recommended.
These are made from high-quality, durable heavyweight pressboard.
The multi-punched spine is designed to be compatible with most standard ring mechanisms, including both 2-ring and 4-ring systems.
These dividers are designed to be 'extra wide' to prevent this, but ensure your sheet protectors are standard A4 size and not oversized.
Reduce the volume of paper in that specific section or apply adhesive reinforcement rings to the punched holes.
To set up your Elba dividers, place them into your binder by aligning the multi-punched spine with your file's rings. We recommend using a label maker or a fine-tip permanent marker for the tabs to ensure readability. To maximize the lifespan, avoid using correction fluid directly on the pressboard, as it can cause localized thinning of the material. Keep these dividers in a climate-controlled environment to prevent the pressboard from warping due to high humidity, and ensure your binder rings are not overfilled to prevent stress on the punched holes.
