Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using the X2H CrazyLight, connect the 8K wireless dongle to a USB 3.0 or higher port for maximum polling performance. The mouse supports both wireless and wired modes using the included USB-C cable, which also doubles as the charging interface. For software configuration, use the Pulsar Fusion Software or the web-based driver to adjust DPI stages, polling rates, and LOD settings. To maintain performance, clean the base with a dry cloth periodically to remove dust from the sensor eye. If the mouse surface becomes dirty, use a soft, damp cloth with a mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the ABS material. When replacing the dot skates, ensure the old adhesive residue is completely removed from the mouse bottom before applying the new UHMW-PE skates.
