This Mermaid Hard Anodised Perforated Pizza Tray is a premium addition to your kitchen. Designed for the perfect pizza experience, this tray ensures even cooking and a crisp base. The hard anodised construction offers exceptional durability, promoting optimal airflow. The hardwearing circular tray has perforated holes for extra heat circulation and will never flake, peel or rust. Made of anodised aluminium, the surface will not peel, flake or rust. Sturdy body will not buckle or warp in the oven. The tray has a natural non-stick patina that will develop over time. The abrasion-resistant anodised layer is twice as hard as stainless steel and is safe for use with metal utensils. The tray is PTFE and PFOA free. Aluminium provides efficient and even heat distribution, for superior baking results. It is oven safe up to 240°C and also suitable for use on non-induction hobs. Hand wash only in warm soapy water.
