Yes, this handset features a standard G 1/2" connection, making it compatible with most standard shower hoses available on the market.
Does this handset come with a hose and bracket?
No, this product is for the shower handset only. A compatible shower hose and bracket are required and typically sold separately.
How do I activate the 'rub clean' feature?
To use the rub clean feature, simply rub your finger or a soft cloth over the flexible nozzles when they show signs of limescale buildup. This helps to dislodge mineral deposits.
What is the main benefit of the anti-limescale design?
The anti-limescale design, combined with the rub-clean nozzles, helps to maintain consistent water flow and shower performance by preventing and easily removing mineral deposits common in hard water areas.
Can I choose different spray patterns with this handset?
No, this is a single-function shower handset and provides one consistent spray pattern.
What are the dimensions of the handset?
The dimensions of the shower handset are approximately 60mm in width and 204mm in length.
How should I clean the chrome finish?
Clean the chrome finish regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to prevent scratching. A mild soap or a dedicated chrome cleaner can be used if necessary, followed by rinsing and buffing dry.
Troubleshooting
Low water pressure from the handset
Check for limescale buildup in the rub-clean nozzles and clean them as per the care instructions. Ensure the shower hose is not kinked and that the main water supply to the shower is adequate.
Handset drips after the shower is turned off
This can sometimes occur due to residual water. Ensure the handset is positioned correctly in its bracket. If dripping persists, check the internal seals of the handset or consider the condition of the shower valve.
Chrome finish appears dull or tarnished
Clean the handset with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For stubborn marks, use a dedicated chrome cleaner and buff dry with a soft cloth.
