Product Information

Full details

The Palmers For Pets Moisturizing No-Rinse Bath Foam is designed for busy pet owners looking to freshen up their dogs between full grooming sessions without the need for water. This waterless formula utilizes the brand's signature cocoa butter and Vitamin E to moisturize skin and soften the coat, offering a convenient way to maintain hygiene; however, it is not a replacement for deep cleaning when a dog is heavily soiled or muddy.

FAQs

Does this replace traditional baths?

No, this is intended for quick clean-ups and refreshing the coat between deep, water-based bathing sessions.

Can I use this on my cat?

This product is specifically formulated for dogs; please consult your veterinarian before using any grooming products on other animal species.

Is it safe if my dog licks its fur?

While the ingredients are high-quality, it is best practice to distract your pet until the product has dried and been brushed through to prevent ingestion.

Can I use it on my dog's face?

You can use it on the nose, but strictly avoid the eye area as it may cause irritation.

How often can I use this foam?

You can use this as often as needed for minor touch-ups or to address dry skin, provided your dog does not show signs of irritation.

Troubleshooting

Pet is uncomfortable during application

Ensure the room is calm and warm; avoid applying foam directly into the pet's face to prevent startling them.

Coat feels sticky after use

You may have used too much product; ensure you are only using 2-3 pumps at a time and brush the coat thoroughly once it has dried.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product is ready to use immediately without any setup. To ensure your pet's safety, always apply the foam to your hands first rather than directly onto the dog's skin, and take care to avoid the eye area entirely. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. While compatible with most coat types, always perform a patch test on a small area of skin if your pet has a history of extreme sensitivities.
