The Little Green Sheep Organic Knitted Moses Basket is designed for parents seeking a natural, chemical-free sleeping environment for their newborn from birth up to approximately 4 months. Its primary benefit is the use of sustainably sourced, non-toxic materials, including a sturdy palm leaf base and organic knitted liner, which provides a breathable and safe space for infants. One caveat for new parents is that the Moses basket stand is not included with the purchase and must be acquired separately to ensure stable elevation, and a waterproof mattress protector is highly recommended to preserve the mattress.

No, the stand is sold separately and must be purchased to elevate the basket correctly.
The organic knitted liner is machine washable at 30°C. Keep the palm leaf basket itself dry.
The basket is designed to support a maximum weight of 9kg.
No, a waterproof mattress protector is not included but is strongly recommended to protect the natural mattress.
Smooth the liner out while damp or use a low-heat iron setting if the care label permits to restore its shape.
Verify that the stand being used is compatible with the 82 x 42cm top dimensions of this specific model and that all stand fasteners are tightened.
To prepare the basket for use, ensure all components are dry and correctly aligned. Always place the included mattress flat inside the base; it is sized specifically at 28 x 74cm to prevent gaps. For care, keep the palm leaf basket dry and away from direct heat sources to maintain its integrity. Wash the organic liner at 30°C on a gentle cycle. For maximum durability, a waterproof mattress protector is strongly recommended to shield the natural mattress from leaks or moisture. Ensure the basket is used only on a surface designed for such products and never leave the baby unattended.
