Troubleshooting
Ink smearing during personalization

Gold foil appears dull
Wipe the front of the card gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove dust or fingerprints.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your card arrives in perfect condition, keep it stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the colors and dull the gold foil finish. The card is designed to be compatible with standard envelopes and mailing services. When preparing to send, use a standard envelope of at least 6.5 x 7.5 inches to allow for a comfortable fit without bending the corners. To maintain the card's integrity, avoid using heavy, wet adhesives on the back; a standard envelope seal or a small piece of clear tape is sufficient.
