Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Tramontina Casserole, avoid using metal utensils that may scratch the enamel finish; opt for silicone or wooden tools instead. When cooking, gradually increase heat rather than using high settings immediately to prevent thermal shock, which can damage the enamel.
Hand wash the cookware with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge after it has cooled completely. While the finish is durable, avoid using harsh steel wool or abrasive cleansers. Always dry the pot thoroughly before storing it to maintain its quality over the lifetime of the product. The casserole is compatible with all stove types, including induction, and is safe for use in ovens up to 230°C.
