The Living and Home Ergonomic Reclining Office Chair is designed for remote professionals, gamers, and office workers who spend extended periods at a desk and require consistent support. Its primary benefit is the combination of a 135-degree recline function and a retractable footrest, which allows for quick transitions from productive work to restorative breaks. However, users should note that the PVC leather finish, while durable and easy to clean, may lack the breathability of fabric alternatives during hot weather conditions.

The chair features a maximum recline angle of 135 degrees.
The footrest is integrated into the chair structure and is designed to be retractable rather than fully removable.

Yes, it features a 5-star swivel base allowing for 360-degree rotation.
Yes, the chair is equipped with a height-adjustable gas lift mechanism to suit various desk setups.
No, the armrests are linked to the reclining mechanism to ensure they move in sync with the backrest for consistent support.
Ensure the gas lift cylinder is fully inserted into the base and that you are not exceeding the maximum weight capacity.
Check all connection points between the seat, backrest, and base; re-tighten any loose bolts found during inspection.
Ensure the adjustment tension knob located under the seat is loosened to allow for easier reclining movement.
Assembly requires connecting the backrest to the seat cushion and securing the seat to the metal base using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during initial assembly to maintain structural stability. For daily care, wipe the PVC leather upholstery with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid using abrasive chemicals or heavy solvents that could degrade the material surface. Periodically check the swivel base bolts every six months to ensure they remain snug. This chair is compatible with standard desk heights and is best suited for use on low-pile carpet or hard flooring surfaces, though a chair mat is recommended for hardwood to prevent scuffing.
