Grant’s Quick Recovery (QR) Slimline cylinders offer a blend of high-quality construction, efficient operation, and versatile application, making them an excellent choice for hot water storage with oil boilers, air source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems. As Grant’s most efficient cylinder generation, they feature rapid heat-up times and reduced standing heat losses. The range is adaptable, with each model suitable for multiple applications, simplifying specification. Key features include a 25-year material guarantee on the cylinder shell (subject to terms), 22mm compression connections, no anode requirement, labelled tappings, and supplied unvented kit as standard. The kit includes an expansion vessel, inlet manifold, tundish, 2-port motorised valve, dual thermostat, and a factory-fitted 3kW immersion heater. They also have fast recovery stainless steel coils, a factory-fitted temperature and pressure relief valve, and a quality external finish with organic Estect.
