Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The primary step for setup is determining the correct fitting type. For bolt-on legs, measure or test the thread size of the existing leg bolt. Use a nut (M8, M10, or M6) to test the fit on the current bolt. If an 8mm nut fits, you need M8 bolts; if it's too tight, try M10; if too loose, try M6. For self-fixing legs, ensure you have appropriate 6mm wood screws and a suitable surface on your furniture base for attachment.
Compatibility: These legs are compatible with furniture featuring pre-drilled holes for M8, M10, or M6 bolts, or surfaces suitable for self-fixing with wood screws. They are designed for a wide array of furniture types including sofas, chairs, beds, cabinets, tables, and footstools.
Care: To maintain the appearance and integrity of the wooden legs, wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as this can damage the wood finish. Periodically check that the fittings remain secure, especially on furniture that is moved frequently.
