Check the alignment of the locking clips between the two pieces. Ensure they are fully engaged by pushing the sections firmly together until you hear or feel the click.
Use a specialized upholstery brush or a clean, soft-bristled clothes brush to gently brush the velvet in one direction to restore the pile's texture.
Blot the area immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid rubbing, as this can damage the velvet fibers.
Before delivery, ensure your entryway and hallways measure at least 65cm wide to accommodate the two-piece sections. Assembly is straightforward: simply position the two sofa modules side-by-side and engage the internal clipping mechanism to lock them securely. To maintain the velvet finish, use a soft-bristled brush regularly to lift the pile and prevent "crushing" marks. For the removable cushions, hand wash only with mild soap and cold water; avoid machine washing or harsh chemical solvents to preserve the flame-retardant treatment. The sofa comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering structural defects.
