The PetrolScooter 10-inch PU solid wheels are designed for homeowners, warehouse workers, and delivery personnel looking to eliminate downtime caused by flat tires on their sack trucks. These wheels provide a durable, maintenance-free solution for transporting heavy items across various surfaces. While they offer excellent reliability and a 80kg weight capacity per wheel, they are optimized for moderate loads and may not be suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments exceeding their specified load limits.

These are solid polyurethane (PU) wheels, meaning they are completely puncture-proof and do not require air.
Each wheel supports up to 80kg, meaning a pair of these wheels is designed for a total load of 160kg.
They are designed as a standard replacement for 10-inch trolley wheels, but you should verify your existing axle diameter matches the hub bore of the PetrolScooter wheel.
No, these are solid tires and require no inflation, air pressure monitoring, or pumping.
Simply rinse them with water or wipe them down with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt, mud, or debris.
Check that the axle spacers are installed correctly and that the retaining pin or nut is tightened securely.
While puncture-proof, these solid wheels may sink slightly in deep sand or mud; maintain momentum and ensure the weight is balanced correctly on the truck.
Installing your new PetrolScooter wheels is straightforward. Ensure your existing sack truck axle is clean and free of debris before sliding the new wheels on. If your axle includes cotter pins or retaining nuts, ensure they are securely fastened to prevent the wheels from slipping during transport. While the wheels are maintenance-free, it is recommended to periodically wipe away excess dirt and grit from the hub area to ensure smooth rotation. Check the fitment against your current axle diameter to confirm compatibility before installation.
