Troubleshooting
Leaking at the wall connection
Ensure the metal backnut is securely tightened. Check the integrity of the wall fitting and the pipe connection. A small amount of plumber's tape may be needed on threads.
Water flow is weak
This is likely an issue with the connected shower rose/head. Check for blockages in the shower head nozzles. Ensure the main water supply to the shower is adequate and that no other fixtures are drawing heavily on the supply simultaneously.
Arm is loose
Re-tighten the metal backnut securing the arm to the wall. Ensure the wall surface is sound and capable of supporting the fitting.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This shower arm is designed for wall-fed installations. Ensure your existing water supply pipework is correctly positioned. The arm typically screws into a wall flange or directly into the pipe connection. A metal backnut is included for secure fixing. Professional plumbing knowledge is recommended for installation.
Compatibility: This arm is specifically designed for use with all Bristan shower roses and fixed heads. While it may fit other brands, optimal performance and secure fitting are best ensured by using Bristan accessories.
Care: Clean the chrome surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing and drying.
